The University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Fellow in Paediatrics to join our team. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work closely with Consultants and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a member of a team of middle-grade doctors, providing day-to-day care of patients on the Children's Ward and Special Care Baby Unit.
  • Participate in Consultant-led ward rounds, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the teaching program of junior doctors, protecting their teaching time during allocated sessions.

About Our Services

We operate from three main hospitals: Furness General Hospital (FGH) in Barrow, the Royal Lancaster Infirmary (RLI), and Westmorland General Hospital (WGH) in Kendal. Our services include full Emergency Departments, Critical/Coronary Care units, and various Consultant-led services.
