Construction Supervisor

The Finishing Manager role is a critical position within our organisation, requiring an individual who can deliver high-quality results while maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
As a Finishing Manager, you will oversee the management of Finishing Trade Sub-Contractors and personnel on site, ensuring the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Accountabilities:- Programme Management: Liaise with Finishing Trade Sub-Contractors to maintain programmes and coordinate services effectively.
- Site Coordination: Liaise with Site Manager to coordinate Sub-Contractors' programmes and services.
- Engineering Details: Liaise with Senior Engineer to discuss engineering details and Sub-Contractors' coordination.
- Cost Control: Liaise with Quantity Surveyors on cost issues.
- Procurement: Liaise with Purchasing Manager to procure bulk items.
- Quality Assurance: Liaise with Quality & Environmental Manager to maintain site records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Health and Safety: Liaise with H&S Officers to promote the implementation of the Safety Management System.
Experience: Preferred experience of 5 years as a Finishing Manager.
Skillset: Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills required.
