Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Administrator to join our team at CV-Library in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: Assist in planning and organizing production schedules to ensure timely completion and meet targets.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure materials are available for production, maintaining inventory levels and supply orders.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain and update production records, logs, and reports, documenting quality issues or discrepancies.
  • Office Management: Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and uniforms for the production team.
  • Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence related to the business, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Full-time Contract: Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
