Job Overview

We are seeking a Purchasing and Administration Associate to join our team. As a key member of the Buying Team, you will provide administrative support across all categories.

Your duties will include preparing and updating presentations and comp shops for weekly/monthly meetings, maintaining ongoing development sheets for the department, and managing samples. You will also be responsible for critical path management, photoshoot sample management, and supporting the Buyer and Merchandiser in seasonal reviews and selection of new season product ranges.

You will need to provide presentations to the wider business on upcoming collections and highlight key products, carry out competitive reviews to develop knowledge of the current marketplace, and participate in store visits alongside the Buyer to provide detailed feedback.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the clothing industry and trading environments, with creative flair and the ability to balance creative product selection with a commercial eye. A buying, fashion, or textiles degree is essential.

Working Arrangements

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, a mix of office & home working (3 office days / 2 work from home days), 37.5 hour work week, flexible working hours, progression opportunities, free parking, close proximity to transport links, early finish on Fridays, and a discount on products.
