Mortgage Advisor Role Overview

In this rewarding mortgage advisor position with Stan Sherlock Associates, you will have the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximise conversion rates from leads to sales by providing holistic mortgage and protection advice to secure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Raise SSA's brand awareness across wider regions through effective networking and outreach.
  • Research and recommend tailored mortgage solutions to meet each client's individual needs.
  • Keep our CRM system updated and collaborate with the SSA team to maximise opportunities.
Requirements:
  • CMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of mortgage brokering experience.
  • A genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • A networking mindset and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel monthly to Carlisle (if working remotely).
