About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust. This exciting opportunity combines a permanent Consultant Psychiatrist role with an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer position at the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of clinicians. As an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer, you will contribute to the education and training of medical students and junior doctors, sharing your expertise and knowledge to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a fully qualified Consultant Psychiatrist with a strong track record of clinical excellence. You will also need to have a passion for education and a commitment to mentoring and supporting the development of junior colleagues.
