Bromley Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Leader in Public Health to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of public health nursing services and working closely with colleagues to develop and evaluate programmes to address population health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community nursing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to public health nursing. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare in Bromley and contribute to the development of our Public Health Nursing strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the delivery of public health nursing services
  • Develop and evaluate programmes to address population health needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Work in partnership with clients and other partners to assess healthcare needs and develop programmes to address population health needs
  • Delegate aspects of care to Community Nursery Nurses and Staff Nurses within the skill mix team
