Job Description

">

As a UK Registered Nurse at Excelcare Holdings, you will be responsible for delivering safe clinical decisions to ensure the highest quality of nursing care. You will work closely with other nurses in the team and report into the Deputy Manager. Your key responsibilities will include administering medication, monitoring the care teams' practice, and working within the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.

You will also be involved in creating person-centred care plans and risk assessments, which are crucial to the successful delivery of outstanding care. Regular updates and reviews will be required to ensure the continued improvement of our services.

Requirements

  • A valid UK NMC Pin number
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory frameworks - NMC and CQC
  • A passion for working with older people
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a caring, kind, and professional nature
