Breakfast Junior Sous Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Park Plaza. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, producing, and presenting high-quality meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 2 in the breakfast operation, ensuring seamless service and high-quality food production.
- Develop and maintain a culture of excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef.
