At Park Plaza London Waterloo, we are on the search for a talented Breakfast Junior Sous Chef to join our team. This exciting role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, produce, and present high-quality breakfast meals for our guests.
- Lead a team of 2 in the breakfast operation, ensuring seamless service and maintaining the highest standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent communication and teamwork.

Requirements:
- Fanaticism about standards and a genuine care for the quality of the food prepared.
- Excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly.

- Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef.
