We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Junior Sous Chef to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 2 in our busy hotel kitchen, averaging 600 covers a day. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our breakfast service, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food you prepare. You'll also need to build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly.
