About the Role:

As our Technical Art Director, you'll be responsible for defining the artistic vision for cutting-edge games. Your mission is to lead, design, and implement top-tier content production workflows alongside a talented team of Technical Artists. You'll be the bridge between art and technology, ensuring every pixel meets the highest standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Industry Expertise: You've got extensive experience as a Technical Art Director or a similar role in the games industry.
  • Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader with a knack for mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams to achieve greatness.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficient in Maya, Houdini, and Unreal Engine, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in hyper-realistic character rigging and more.
  • Innovative Mindset: You're always looking for ways to push the boundaries of real-time character creation and leverage emerging technologies.
