The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our customers in finding the perfect products. As a Customer Advisor, you will be the face of JoJo Maman Bébé, guiding, informing, and assisting our customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that every customer leaves our stores feeling valued and satisfied. You will be responsible for preparing Omni-Channel orders, liaising with customers in-store or via the phone, and using digital platforms to continuously develop your knowledge and retail skills.
What We Look For- Previous retail, customer service, and sales experience
