**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Biased Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Recruit Mint Careers based in St Neots. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of process equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a high standard of maintenance to meet factory performance goals.
  • Provide electrical setup and production support.
  • Identify and repair equipment breakdowns efficiently.
  • Adhere to factory safety protocols and work safely at all times.
  • Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance tasks.
  • Assist in fabrication and installation of plant and machinery under supervision.

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of mechanical processes. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in maintaining our plant and building performance.
