About the Job
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Lift Specialist to join our team at GAP Group LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers on the operation and maintenance of lifting equipment.
Job Summary:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use and maintenance of lifting equipment
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide recommendations on equipment selection and usage
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the lifting industry, with a focus on heavy equipment operation and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
