Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Care Assistant to join our client's team in providing exceptional care and nursing to elderly patients with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care assistants and train new staff
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring high-quality care delivery
  • Assist with personal care, including dressing and washing
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care provision

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ or above in care
  • Experience leading a team of care staff
  • Excellent communication and basic computer skills
  • Willingness to expand knowledge and undertake training
