About the Role
As a Care Team Leader (Nights) at Brooklands Care Home, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the night shift by leading and motivating the team, managing daily records, and assisting with care plans. You will provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, and build meaningful relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the night shift, ensuring the smooth operation of the care team
- Lead and motivate the team, promoting a positive and supportive working environment
- Manage daily records, including care plans and resident information
- Provide personal care to residents, including bathing and other daily needs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, understanding their likes, dislikes, and needs
