About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Bishop Herbert House in Norwich. As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents with physical disabilities.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care and support to residents with physical disabilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care
  • Work closely with home managers to oversee the care provided
  • Support the development of care plans and ensure their implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
