Job Responsibilities

The Audit and Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with statutory and non-statutory regulations, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for corrective action.

The role involves monitoring and reporting to the Contract Manager on training requirements across the teams, implementing development/corrective plans as required following audits, and ensuring the site has an appropriate level of authorised personnel to meet the demands of the contract.

In addition, the Audit and Monitoring Specialist will provide support to new staff members, to ensure Policies & Procedures, processes etc. are understood and adhered to, and provide leadership, operational excellence, support and advice to on-site teams.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of service provision agreements/contracts, risk assessments, and method statements.
