We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Compass Group UK. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on creating exceptional food experiences for Chartwells, a leading provider of catering services in the education sector.

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality food, overseeing menu changes, identifying opportunities to improve food services, and representing Chartwells in a positive light.

You will also be responsible for monitoring inventories, maintaining hygiene standards, and complying with relevant regulations.

In order to succeed in this role, you should be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service. You should also hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, have experience supervising a team, and possess a flexible approach to working.
