Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across our 29 world-class brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Convert telephone, digital, and showroom visitors to customers by building lasting relationships
- Use systems and databases to check vehicle availability and provide customers with detailed information on their potential new vehicle
- Liaise with Product Geniuses to ensure customers have a seamless test drive experience
- Assist customers in completing paperwork and offering additional packages that benefit or interest them
- Communicate with customers to keep them updated on their order progress
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections and deliver exceptional handover experiences to customers
- Work as a team player to achieve sales targets set by the dealership
- Be a confident and engaging individual with excellent communication skills
- Be self-driven for success and able to build natural relationships with customers
- Deliver outstanding customer service and have a strong work ethic
- Have honesty and integrity, as well as competent IT skills
- Hold a Full Driver's License
