Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow our multilingual website and app using a content management system.
- Support the Website & Digital Lead with prioritizing, testing, and implementing regular development sprints.
- Manage ad-hoc website changes needed to support technical SEO optimization with support from our SEO agency.
- Contribute to the launch of high-profile and critical innovation and transformation projects, including the launch and ongoing improvement of a new all-in-one app.
- Use performance and other analytics to track and evaluate website performance, recommend improvements, and produce reports for management.
- Support website content, including meta tags, headers, and on-page elements, for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Continuously look to make improvements to the website ensuring it is accessible to users with access needs.
- Work with the front-end and UX developers to improve website and app UX.
- Monitor performance of the website and identify ongoing optimizations and improvements.
- Previous experience of using a content management system, ideally Optimisely CMS 12.
- Proven track record of web development activity and achievements.
- UX experience with proven track record in optimizing and improving web customer journeys.
- Expertise in SEO best practices, preferable within Financial Services or Digital services industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Experience implementing a variety of web analytics tools.
- Highly analytical with proven experience in using behavioral data to improve the website experience.
- Omnichannel digital expertise.
- Experience managing a team of both content editors and backend developers.
