IT and Digital Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT and Digital Trainer to join our team at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. As a Microsoft 365 IT trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping staff across the council to maximize their knowledge and skills of the M365 suite of applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver specialized training on core applications within M365
- Build and maintain communities of champions to share knowledge and best practices
- Collaborate with the digital, transformation, and ICT teams to guide the business in optimal solutions and ways of working
- Experience in developing and running specialized training on core applications within M365
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to nurture key relationships and maintain personal networks
