IT Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps and developing curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.
The IT Trainer will work in a small team, delivering a variety of training methods, including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training. This is a hybrid role, with a 50% split between home and office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver technical training programs
- Develop and maintain training materials
- Assess and address skills gaps
- Collaborate with the team to achieve training goals
Requirements:
- Experience in running technical demonstrations and IT training/workshops
- Delivering both online and offline training
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest and curiosity for technology and how it links a business together
- MS Office 365 and MS Teams
