Community Nursing Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Charge Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team at NHS Scotland. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in leading a team of Band 5 nurses and mentoring students and junior staff. You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload and working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team.
About the JobThis is a permanent, full-time post with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have knowledge of low-level psychological therapies and experience working with patients with complex mental health issues. A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council is essential for this position.
