Job Title: Workday HCM Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in Workday HCM? Do you have a passion for driving digital transformation in HR? We're seeking a talented Workday HCM Manager to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom.

About the Role

As a Workday HCM Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday HCM solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive business value. Your expertise in Workday HCM will enable you to design, configure, and test Workday HCM modules and processes to ensure successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Workday HCM solutions for clients
  • Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to facilitate business process change
  • Manage offshore teams to design, configure, and test Workday HCM modules and processes
  • Develop lasting client relationships and build a network of experience to address client needs
Requirements
  • Experience in implementing Workday HCM modules and processes
  • Certification in Workday Core HCM module
  • Background in functional consulting, advising, and implementing business process changes in HR
  • Demonstrable experience in leading client-facing meetings and workshops
  • Experience in managing offshore teams
