Job Summary:

KPMG Powered Enterprise is a cornerstone of our business, supporting technical innovation and adoption of cutting-edge solutions across the United Kingdom. We're seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant - Manager to lead the delivery of Workday HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end solutions using industry best practices and product understanding.
  • Lead the delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Workday HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
  • Facilitate client-facing meetings and workshops with larger groups of client teams.
  • Lead an offshore team to design, configure, and test a module or process area for successful deployment.
  • Develop lasting client relationships and build a network to address client needs.

Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing at least one module of the Workday HR/HCM cloud platform.
  • Certification in Workday Core HCM module.
  • Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading client-facing meetings and facilitating workshops with larger groups of client teams.
  • Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test a module or process area for successful deployment.
  • Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre-sales and business development activities.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in other Workday HCM packages such as Comp & Bens, Absence, or Talent.
  • Workday Certification in other modules.

We are open to discussing this role with talent across the country, but our core Tech hubs are London Canary Wharf, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. This position will largely be based from London.
