Job Title: Workday HCM Transformation Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Transformation Expert to join our team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a Workday HCM Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday HCM cloud solutions for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement Workday HCM cloud solutions for clients
* Lead client-facing meetings and workshops to understand business needs and develop solutions
* Collaborate with offshore teams to design, configure, and test Workday HCM cloud solutions
* Develop lasting client relationships and build a network of contacts to support client needs

Requirements:

* Experience implementing Workday HCM cloud solutions
* Certification in Workday Core HCM module
* Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR
* Demonstrable experience leading client-facing meetings and workshops
* Experience leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test Workday HCM cloud solutions

We are open to discussing this role with talented individuals across the country. Our core Tech hubs for this role are London Canary Wharf, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds. This position will largely be based from London.
