Job Description

Salary: £13 per hour

Shift hours: 17:00 - 01:30

Your purpose: As an Evening Cloakroom Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the Hotel's Cloakrooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

You will be accountable for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Ensuring the cloakrooms are clean and well-maintained, with a focus on attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  3. Handling guest luggage and personal items with care and attention, ensuring they are secure and returned to the correct owner.
  4. Assisting guests with directions and information, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  5. Monitoring and maintaining the supply of clean hand towels, paper products, and other essential items.
  6. Cooperating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements

What you will need to do in this role:

  1. 1-3 years' experience working in the hospitality industry, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner.
  3. A confident and dynamic personality, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  4. Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Applicable job-related skills, as per the accountable duties.
