We are seeking an experienced Project Sales Manager to join our Building Automation team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives in the Building Controls marketplace.
- Identify and engage with potential clients within the Building Controls industry.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and collaborate with Project Managers/Engineers to design customized solutions that meet client requirements and specifications.
- Cost estimates, engage with suppliers, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Manage the entire sales process, from solution design to estimating through to proposal development.
- Liaise with internal teams of engineers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the building controls marketplace.
**Requirements**
- A high level of technical BMS knowledge and the life cycle of the system.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with clients.
