About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sponsorship Sales Executive, you will be responsible for securing sponsorship revenue from new and existing clients, managing and growing revenue from existing sponsors, and identifying opportunities for cross-sell sponsorship packages across our portfolio of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Secure event sponsorship income from new and existing clients with a split of 65% account management / 35% new business
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell sponsorship packages across the portfolio of events
  • Build and maintain strong external relationships with potential sponsors through telephone calls, web meetings, and face-to-face meetings
  • Project manage new and existing relationships with sponsors to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Actively participate in industry events, representing the company and networking with new and existing clients
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales revenue targets
Requirements
  • Successful track record in Delegate Sales or Sponsorship Sales (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets in B2B sales
  • Sales Hunter mentality with excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to network and grow accounts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales culture
  • Hungry, competitive, goal-oriented, and self-sufficient
