Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Growth Manager to join our team at Fresh Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality industry
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential clients
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality tender submissions
* Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
Requirements:
* Proven experience in new business development and sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and the Sysco GB business
