Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure that customers receive the best possible service and care to minimize complaints.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis.
  • Comply with reasonable instructions from Regional Managers, Head Office, or the Board of Directors.
  • Recruit and interview employees for the centre.
  • Liaise with Head Office and other departments.
  • Support other centres when necessary.
  • Identify training needs for employees to progress and develop within the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
