Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Tower Hamlets Children's Learning Academy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of learning and workforce development programs across Early Help, Youth Services, Youth Justice, and Youth Services.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning programs, as well as experience of working within a team to provide an excellent service. They will also have a strong understanding of current best practice in learning and development, as well as the ability to design and deliver a range of learning methods such as group training, coaching, mentoring, and one-to-one support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of learning and workforce development programs across Early Help, Youth Services, Youth Justice, and Youth Services.
  • Design and deliver a range of learning methods such as group training, coaching, mentoring, and one-to-one support.
  • Evaluate the impact of your work and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with colleagues to design and deliver learning programs that meet the needs of our workforce.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure effective learning and practice improvement.
