We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Community Coach to join our team and work closely alongside the football club to deliver community-focused initiatives, projects, and programmes. As a Football Development and Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programmes, primarily focussing on our Premier League Kicks and Premier League Primary Stars initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver coaching sessions for young people, promoting enjoyment and developing life skills, fundamental skills, and techniques.
  • Support the delivery of tournaments, matches, and other events, ensuring equal playing time and experience for all participants.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with participants, parents, community partners, and other coaching staff.
  • Collect and process data for all programmes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Project Coordinators and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of community-focused initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of a Level 2 football coaching badge or Youth Work level 2 qualification.
  • Experience of working or volunteering within school, club, or community sporting settings.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enhanced CRB Certificate or Current FA DBS Clearance.
  • FA Safeguarding & Emergency aid/BFAS Qualifications.
