**About The Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of Forest Green Rovers’ Academy team.

£12.33 per hour - 9 hours per week
- Design and deliver age/phase related practices to an allocated group of players.
- Support the development of academy players through planning, delivery and evaluation of coaching sessions and games programme.
- Monitor individual players and formally report their progress using a range on tools including FIP.
- Attend as requested internal meetings, internal and external CPD events.

**About You**

As an age group coach you need to be empathic to young players, possess exceptional organisation and communication skills, be a highly motivated and driven individual with a desire to succeed and can do attitude as well as being able to adapt to change.

**Knowledge, skills and experience**:
Essential
- UEFA B Licence
- Enhance DBS clearance
- FA Safeguarding

Desirable
- FA Youth Award
- UEFA A Licence
- EFAiF
- Mini Bus Licence
- Experience of working within a professional football academy
