Job Title: Podiatrist for Prison Healthcare

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Podiatrist to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to offenders in a prison setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver advanced assessment and treatment of patients with complex and chronic presentations.
  • Determine clinical diagnosis and treatment, and maintain accurate records as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide holistic care and support to offenders.
Requirements:
  • HCPC registration and post-registration experience in assessing and treating a range of conditions, including diabetic patients, wound management, MSK pathologies, and nail surgery.
  • Ability to work in a challenging and demanding environment, with a focus on delivering non-judgmental care and promoting professional boundaries.
  • Proven ability to inspire excellence in colleagues and promote best practice, evidence-based care, and continuous quality improvement.
