Swim Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our swim team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the safe provision of our swimming lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the pool and support the teaching team to deliver high-quality swimming lessons
  • Use technology to engage customers and support the delivery of our premium experience
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Complete and record electronically all relevant health and safety checks as assigned
  • Plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed learn-to-swim lessons to 3-11 years
  • Be a positive role model for young people and encourage them to reach their full swimming potential
  • Deliver the swim@ experience, including servicing customer inquiries and driving memberships
