Swim Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Team Leader to join our team at We Are Swim. As a Swim Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the safety of our swimming lesson provision, delivering lifesaving and first aid provision, and ensuring excellent standards of customer experience and premium facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the pool and support the teaching team
  • Use technology to support and engage customers
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member
  • Ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Complete and record electronically all relevant health and safety checks
  • Maintain the facility to a high standard at all times
  • Plan, deliver, and review high-quality, themed learn to swim lessons
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through training, observation, and feedback
  • Be a positive role model for young people
  • Deliver the swim@ experience, including servicing customer inquiries and attending regular training
