Swim Team Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Team Leader to join our team at We Are Swim. As a Swim Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our swimming programs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our swimmers, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage swimming programs, including lesson planning and delivery
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers, including conducting risk assessments and implementing safety protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the swim team to achieve program goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular swimmer assessments and provide feedback to swimmers and parents
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a swimming program leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols
