Swimming Instructor

We Are Swim is seeking a passionate and dedicated Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children aged 3-11 years, inspiring them to develop a lifelong love of swimming.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver swimming lessons that meet the needs of our students
• Use technology to track student progress and provide feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a premium experience for our students and their families
• Ensure the safe provision of equipment and the correct use of safety standards in sessions
• Identify student abilities and encourage them to reach their full potential

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards swimming
• Good communication skills
• The ability to inspire confidence and motivate students
• Perseverance and patience
• The ability to encourage people and put them at ease
