Sales Executive Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Portsmouth, where you will be responsible for communicating with customers, managing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

In this role, you will work closely with our production team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Manage sales orders from receipt to completion, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the production team to resolve any issues that may arise during order execution.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and provide feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the aerospace and defence industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess a strategic/analytical mind and creative problem-solving skills.
