Actuarial Change Analyst

At Diligenta, we are seeking an experienced Actuarial Change Analyst to support our Business Operational Support function. This exciting opportunity will enable you to build your career at a leading Life and Pensions company, while continuing your Actuary studies.

You will play a key role in supporting complex manual calculations and policy queries from our customer-facing teams, including assisting with mainframe migrations and changes. Your expertise will be essential in updating and testing regular changes to systems, including bonus updates, policy fee updates, and premium rate changes. Additionally, you will use and interrogate complex spreadsheets to answer non-standard queries and support mainframe migrations.

We are looking for a candidate with experience working in an Actuarial Team supporting customer-facing functions, supporting a migration programme, and from a life insurance or outsourcing background with in-depth knowledge of life assurance and pension product types and charges. You should be adept at specifying and testing life and pensions calculations and working towards the Associate of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
