Job Details

Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join our team in the Early Years setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in providing for the education and welfare of all children in the Early Years setting, taking account of their needs
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Promote participation of all children in learning and extracurricular activities
  • Act as Key Person to a given group of children
  • Show professionalism by having proper regard for the ethos, policies, and practices of the academy
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other colleagues
