Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination and implementation of POCT services, ensuring seamless integration with laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with the LabKit/community team to develop and maintain POCT protocols and procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on POCT devices and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of POCT-related documentation and records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance POCT services and patient care.
- Strong understanding of laboratory operations and POCT principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory information systems and software.
