Job Title: Receptionist Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Group Administration Team as a Receptionist Administrator. This role will be based at our Sewell Group Head Office and will be the first point of contact for all staff, customers, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our staff, customers, and visitors
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, as well as provide general administration support
  • Manage meeting room bookings, including setup and coordination
  • Support internal and external events, from preparation to meet and greet
  • Conduct daily checks on office spaces and review stationery/stock/supply requirements
  • Manage and book travel and accommodation requirements
  • Order catering, hospitality, and corporate gifts as needed
  • Provide holiday and sickness cover for the wider team
Requirements:
  • Full driving license and own transport
  • Previous experience in a reception/administration role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a busy environment
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office products
  • Good organizational and time management skills
