Job Summary

Dream job alert We are looking for a highly organized Payroll Assistant to join our team at DSV A/S. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing employee files and records, assisting with payroll administration, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support to the payroll team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high accuracy standards.
  2. Communicate effectively with employees, resolving queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Support the payroll team with ad-hoc priorities, including annual cyclic events such as pay reviews and bonus payments.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll-related personnel files, adhering to company guidelines and GDPR regulations.
  5. Respond to incoming telephone calls, providing assistance and guidance where necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of current payroll HMRC regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer

This role comes with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and inclusive workplace.
