Job Summary
Dream job alert We are looking for a highly organized Payroll Assistant to join our team at DSV A/S. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for managing employee files and records, assisting with payroll administration, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Communicate effectively with employees, resolving queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support the payroll team with ad-hoc priorities, including annual cyclic events such as pay reviews and bonus payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll-related personnel files, adhering to company guidelines and GDPR regulations.
- Respond to incoming telephone calls, providing assistance and guidance where necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of current payroll HMRC regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer
This role comes with a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and inclusive workplace.
