Job Description
The role of the Payroll Assistant involves assisting with the administration of employee files and records, supporting the Payroll Supervisor and Manager as needed.
This includes maintaining payroll-related personnel files, inputting and checking data on Resource Link for New Starters, Leavers, Changes, etc., and providing support during annual cyclic events such as pay reviews and bonus payments.
The successful candidate will also assist the payroll team with ad-hoc priorities, ensure effective communication with employees, and maintain filing according to company guidelines and GDPR.
A basic understanding of current HMRC regulations and familiarity with MS Office Suite are essential skills for this role.
