Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing a diverse portfolio of trustee and agent services spanning multiple asset classes, such as securitizations, structured finance, asset-backed finance, debt issuances, aviation transactions, and dealing with defaults & restructurings.
- Examining and providing feedback on all transaction documents to ensure trustee protection.
- Coordinating with external counsel to consolidate feedback on transaction documents.
- Processing waivers and amendments on current transactions, involving counsel for the trustee as necessary.
- Addressing defaults and/or restructurings of current transactions.
- Building and enhancing relationships with current clients and intermediaries, utilizing your existing network.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience reviewing securitization and structured finance documentation, as well as LMA documentation. Portfolio oversight and asset management experience is also essential. The salary is flexible depending on your level of experience.
