Senior Transaction Manager

Job Summary
CSC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Transaction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Trustee Services group, you will be responsible for managing a complex portfolio of structured finance transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of note trustee, security trustee and security agent services on a wide range of asset classes.
- Promote a client service-oriented culture by providing timely responses to client requests and ensuring professionalism in communication.
- Review and comment on transaction documents in accordance with CSC standards to ensure the trustee is fully protected.
- Liaise with external counsel to coordinate comments on transaction documents.
- Work with senior team members, team leader and directors regarding commercial aspects of transactions.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of internal processes and procedures for all transactions.
Requirements
- Solid experience in reviewing securitization and structured finance documentation.
- Experience of trustee work is essential, with at least 5 years experience in a Transaction Management role.
- A strong understanding of potential risks associated with Trustee roles and capital markets' structures.
- Experience in defaults and restructurings is preferable.
- An excellent level of communication skills, both oral and written, and a high level of interpersonal skills.
